Commissions are done from photographs which I take. It is too time consuming to work from life for the sitter and myself. I prefer to take the photos, as it allows me to meet the subject and learn a little about them; this helps me choose the pose/poses which I think are most appropriate and also ensures a different image from anything you may already have.

All portrait prices are based on A3 paper size -30 x 42cms. I can do them larger or smaller ; I would give you a price at the time.

All portraits include a white or cream mount.

PASTEL OR WATERCOLOUR . Horse's head £450 + £25 pp next day

They can be framed in a square edged, ready made oak or black frame for £50+ pp £35 ( parcel has to be bubblewrapped to protect the glass and the overall weight would be twice that of an image with mount only).

Most clients prefer unframed portraits so that they can choose a frame that blends well with their current works of art/ photographs etc.
